Limited-edition large-format prints of selected artworks featured in Sculpting This Earth, signed by the artist, will be made available in 2023.
Sold exclusively through participating leading art galleries in the northern and southern hemispheres, these works offer collectors internationally a rare opportunity to invest in the artist's work.
Artworks are printed on age-resistant 100% cotton 308 g/m2 Hahnemühle Photo Rag® fine art paper with a life expectancy of several hundred years by Cape Town-based Hahnemühle certified print studio Orms Print Room.
All Strijdom's artworks in the landscape seen in the film were ephemeral, some blown away by the wind shortly after artist and cinematographer left the scene, others eroding more slowly over weeks or months. These artworks in the landscape do not exist any more. Along with the NFTs, these fine-art prints of high-resolution images of selected artworks in the film, in limited edition and signed by the artist, offer the only possibility for ownership and investment.
